UploadControlHub Terms of Service

1. Purpose of the app

UploadControlHub provides technical management and automated distribution of the operator's own content on social media platforms. The app is intended for use by the operator only or by people the operator has explicitly authorized. No public sign-up is offered.

2. Operator responsibility for content

The operator alone is responsible for any content collected, stored, edited, scheduled, or published through UploadControlHub. This includes verifying that all such content complies with applicable law and with the terms, community guidelines, and platform policies of every connected target platform.

3. Platform rules and API requirements

When using UploadControlHub, the operator agrees to comply with the current terms, policies and technical requirements of each connected platform and its APIs — including TikTok's Terms of Service, Developer Terms, Community Guidelines and rate limits. UploadControlHub may decline to publish, throttle, or stop publishing any item that would violate such rules or that fails platform-side validation.

4. OAuth tokens and credentials

The operator is responsible for the secure handling of all credentials, API keys, refresh tokens, and access tokens stored in the application. Use of the app is at the operator's own risk. The operator may at any time disconnect a platform or revoke access from the platform side; UploadControlHub will then stop publishing to that platform.

5. No warranty / availability

The app is provided "as is" without any warranty of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or fitness for a particular purpose. Third-party platforms may change their APIs, policies, or rate limits at any time, which can affect or disable features of UploadControlHub without notice.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, liability for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use, failure, downtime, or misbehaviour of UploadControlHub is excluded. The operator accepts that publishing automation involves third-party systems whose behaviour cannot be fully controlled by the app.

7. Acceptable use

UploadControlHub must not be used to publish content that is illegal, infringes third-party rights, contains malware, violates any connected platform's policies (including TikTok's policies on impersonation, spam, manipulation or prohibited content), or attempts to circumvent platform rate limits or safety systems.

8. Changes to these terms

These Terms may be updated when the scope of the app, applicable law, or platform requirements change. The current version is always the one published at this URL.
